Husk Preservation, INC. uses historically appropriate mortar's including fat lime, NHL, natural cement. We slake our own lime and mature it in a traditional lime pit.

 

Services include:

• Brickwork including chimney repairs, rendering, relining/parging, pointing, repointing,  flashing, jacking/supporting and underpinning, and can repair and build beehive ovens

• Rockwork including splitting/shaping stone, stone foundation underpinning and new-build rockwork

• Wall and ceiling plaster repair with hair lime plaster on lath

• Decorative plaster repair to in situ moldings and decorative elements

• Limewash on masonry
